How much space does the machine need?

Our units take up about 1 square meter, and they need some space in front for the players. We'll assess your space and advise on the best placement before committing to anything.

What happens if it breaks?

We monitor every machine remotely 24/7. If something goes wrong, we get get notified. Repairs are entirely our responsibility and our cost.

Do we need to do anything to run it?

It just needs a power socket and a wifi connection, and it has a button to switch it on/off. Your staff don't need any training.

How do we get paid?

Monthly, directly to your bank account. You'll receive a clear breakdown showing total revenue and your 50% share for the period.

Can we end the arrangement?

Yes. We operate on a simple rolling agreement with reasonable notice on both sides.

Are new games added over time?

Yes, we update the game library remotely and regularly at no extra cost. Your machine gets better over time without anyone visiting the venue.
